The hire home comprises, lounge, with colour TV and video; dining room; 3 bedrooms; 2 bathrooms (one en-suite ); both have shower, bath, wc and wash hand basin; kitchen with breakfast bar and seating area; utility room with washing machine & tumble dryer; and a screened covered patio leading to pool deck. It is fully air conditioned and the swimming pool can be heated in the winter months.
The swimming pool is 30. ft. X 15. ft. and is fully screened with sunbathing terraces around it and also a covered area for sitting out but escaping the midday sun. Sun loungers, table and chairs are all provided and there is an electric smoker ( like a barbecue ) for your enjoyment.
An electric pool heater has been installed, which may be needed in the winter months. There is an extra charge for this and if needed the management company will switch it on for you.
There are separate towels for use at the pool side at the villa but please bring your own for the beach or any other pool as we ask you not to remove towels from the villa.
Cumbrian Lakes is located on US Hwy. 27, just 2 miles north of US 192, the main entry road to Disney and many other famous attractions. Just north is the countryside of Clermont and the natural beauty of the chain of lakes. All this while downtown Orlando, the Orlando International Airport, and all of Orlando's major employers are only minutes away. The range of entertainment, shopping and attractions, just minutes from your doorstep, is unlimited. It will take years to explore them.
Just a few minutes walk from your holiday home is the recreation centre. Here you and your family can enjoy, 2 tennis courts, 2 volleyball courts, an extensive walking trail, a soccer field and a state-of-the-art Aquatic Centre.
There are many golf courses close to Weston Hills, inc, Kings Ridge, Ridgewood Lakes, Southern Dunes and Orange Lake:
Set in the heart of Greater Orlando area is the WALT DISNEY WORLD RESORT'S COMPLEX. DISNEY WORLD is home to the famous MAGIC KINGDOM, EPCOT CENTRE and the DISNEY MGM movie studio. The most recent attraction from DISNEY is ANIMAL KINGDOM which is also nearby.
Other attractions include the DISCOVERY ISLAND ZOOLOGICAL PARK, the incredible TYPHOON LAGOON water park and in the evening, the electrifying PLEASURE ISLAND NIGHTCLUB and entertainment complex.
CENTRAL FLORIDA is also home to UNIVERSAL STUDIOS, where you will find KING KONG, JAWS, BACK TO THE FUTURE, TERMINATOR RIDE and other thrilling attractions. You can also visit SHAMU the world famous KILLER WHALE and the POLAR BEAR EXHIBIT at the unforgettable SEAWORLD.
Along the 192 highway heading east are more entertainments including MEDIEVAL TIMES, FORT LIBERTY, CHURCH STREET STATION and WATER MANIA.
KISSIMMEE town centre has excellent entertainment. Try out OLD TOWN with the Ferris wheel or for a ROCK N ROLL night out.
Heading further south it is possible to travel to MIAMI, the EVERGLADES and even the FLORIDA KEYS. Note however that this journey will require staying in motels for 2 or 3 nights.
Heading further north is the beautiful beach of DAYTONA and the world famous DAYTONA INTERNATIONAL SPEEDWAY.Car hire is essential to fully appreciate the many attractions of this area.
